The program can be used to help you acquire wealth without all the work, via a mortgage, as we do the work to help pay the payments. We find nightly rental customers who want to stay in your property, and we manage the advertisements, inquiry process, booking process, coordinating housekeepers, as well as licensing and remitting nightly rental sales taxes.

Our Broken Bow Area Nightly Rental Program is paid for via a percentage of the rental revenue. We pay property owners at the beginning of each month by check.

Caretaking of the property must be provided for by a "home care" service company. You can fill out the inquiry form below to learn more.

In order to join the program, owners are required to create an account on the website. By logging in to the website, owners are able to see their earnings, reservations, expenses, and other details at any time. Owners are also able to reserve their own stays at their property from the website. We also send notifications by email about new bookings.
