Branson, MO Area Nightly Rental Program

We help to generate rental income for property owners, which offsets the cost of owning the property and may result in some profit. You can use the property as a vacation home and make money to pay for its upkeep when not using it. We find nightly rental customers who want to stay in your property, and we take care of all the details like the advertisements, inquiry process, booking process, inspections, coordinating housekeepers, maintenance and contractors, as well as licensing and remitting nightly rental sales taxes.

We do the following:

  • Manage advertising

  • Manage reservations
  • Communicate with customers

  • Remit nightly rental sales taxes

Our Branson Area Nightly Rental Program is paid for via a 60/40 split. Property owners get paid 60 percent of the rental income. If any expenses are incurred for the month, we deduct them from your earnings, and then pay you the remainder. Typical expenses include: supplies, trip fee to stock supplies, repairs, and yearly deep cleaning. Owners may stock the nightly rental supplies to save on the trip fee, otherwise we must purchase the supplies and bill you for it. We pay property owners at the beginning of each month by check.

Angel Fire, NM Area Nightly Rental Program

We find nightly rental customers who want to stay in your property, and we manage the advertisements, inquiry process, booking process, coordinating housekeepers, as well as licensing and remitting nightly rental sales taxes.

In order to join the program, owners are required to create an account on the website. By logging in to the website, owners are able to see their earnings, reservations, expenses, and other details at any time. Owners are also able to reserve their own stays in their property from the website.
