    Our Branson Area Nightly Rental Program is paid for via a 60/40 split. Property owners get paid 60 percent of the rental income. If any expenses are incurred for the month, we deduct them from your earnings, and then pay you the remainder. Typical expenses include: supplies, trip fee to stock supplies, repairs, and yearly deep cleaning. Owners may stock the nightly rental supplies to save on the trip fee, otherwise we must purchase the supplies and bill you for it. We pay property owners at the beginning of each month by check.

    In order to join the program, owners are required to create an account on the website. By logging in to the website, owners are able to see their earnings, reservations, expenses, and other details at any time. Owners are also able to reserve their own stays in their property from the website. We also send notifications by email about new bookings.
