Meadow Brook has access to the "center pool", which is by the pond, immediately across from Meadow Brook building 7 and 8 on Meadow Ridge Drive. Additionally, there are charcoal grills in the green space behind the Meadow Brook condo building available for Meadow Brook to use.
Guests are required to use stairs (21 steps) to enter the condo.
